I can fly from Jacksonville Savannah or Atlanta without issue
Where would I go to look for best rates ect...

airlines will offer refundable but at a higher price. My recommendation is to book and then purchase the insurance at a much lower rate if something happens and cant make it

Personally I use Citi which partners with American. Use the card and pay each month. Been Platinum Status ever since with probably less than 10 trips a year. There’s a website called the milesguy or something to that effect which can lead you in the right direction
