About 2 weeks ago I saw a really bizarre one. A car got hit with several spike strips and PIT maneuvers but kept trucking along at about 5-15 MPH. They eventually boxed him in which is against LAPD protocol but civilians were trying to take matters into their own hands (one dude ran up and started kicking the windows!) so it left the LAPD with not much choice.
