I've posted it before: anytime someone very famous gets a DUI, 99% of the time it involves them trying to keep it on the down low as far as getting some illicit substance or illicit sex (adultery, cheating on girl/boyfriend, secret homosexuality or bisexuality, etc.). They don't want car services/taxis to take them to their drug dealers' place, brothel, misstress' house, etc. 1% of the time it is just like us "regular" folks.

100% agree. They're unconstitutional. Especially the way Virginia does it. They are supposed to at least list dates and times publically. Police state of a country.
