Men have failed this country, our local communities and our family structure. Women have basically taken over because we've become wimps. We stopped leading. Women had to step up out of necessity because we were afraid to lead. We use to put our women on a pedestal. They were happy because we made them happy by putting them first. Then some of us went the other way, started treating other guys better than our women, started loving other guys better than our women. Men stopped going to church, so the family stopped going. Take God out of this country and this is what you get. Men stopped leading the local community center or the local city council meeting. Women had to take up the slack. Men stopped eating dinner with their family, they stopped showing up to family functions, they stopped being around. So now you have young boys being raised by their momma's because the deadbeat dad wasn't there. Men stopped being men. I don't know what most men are today???

i doubt it, he was likely super depressed, it's hard for normal people to understand what they are going thru, i try not to judge people because everybody has issues , some people can deal with things better than others

One thing he focused on was how a large majority there go to therapy. They shot some footage of him in a therapy session, and while it was obviously played up some for tv, the things he said like he would "fall into a weeks long depression after eating a bad cheeseburger at an airport" seemed pretty troubled.

The drug abuse has to be a major factor. You can't fuk with your brain that much and not have long term side effects. Most of those hippies in the late 60's were nut cases in the late 80's early 90's

I always thought street drugs have alot to do with people going nuts.. Long periods of drug abuse so to speak... Meth, Heroin, alcohol, etc...

I'm around a lot of homeless here in LA that are speaking to themselves, appear to be nuts, hearing voices and what I find most of these homeless nut bags have used hard drugs and drank for most of their life.. Combine that with a poor diet and the brain deteriorates... You then have serious mental problems..

I always thought one of the best things to happen to drug addicts and homeless people is to go to jail for a few months and sober up.. Get that mind clear... Sleep and eat properly.. They be ordered to attend clinic drug programs afterwards to help stay on the path of sobriety...

His show was one of the few on TV that tried to show Americans they don't have to live in fear of anyone not exactly like them.

EVERYONE at some point, experiences bouts of depression and schizophrenia. Most people work themselves out of it but some do not. Unfortunately, 1 out of every 5 people will have a mental episode this year. It can be deadly, if they don't know how to deal with it.

Suicides are at an all time high. People don't have the cope mechanism's and haven't been trained how to deal with depression. We need more trained professionals but no one wants to foot the bill.

Charles Krauthammer has just 2 weeks to live now, here is a fighter that never quit on life after being paralyzed from the upper chest down as a young man after diving into a pool and breaking his neck on the bottom.

He didn't quit, he stayed optimistic thru the darkest of times..... Fought and lived thru his accident up until this point... Cancer now has him and he's dying quickly, will be dead in a matter of days now..

Correction, as our society becomes more digital we inherently then become more isolated with social media and that is where depression can set in for some lonely souls.....
