Was on it for about a month. Of course I take numerous different supplements....

I didn't really notice a difference. It could be the manufacturer?

I think we're all going to get old and die anyways. What's the point?

I use to and stopped.. I saw nothing change or happen and I felt no different....

Probably not a bad thing to take though if you eat like shiiit and getting up in age..

CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10) is a natural compound that boosts cellular energy and heart health but may cause nausea and digestive issues.

It’s my understanding that something like coQ10 would be most effective injected directly. I am honestly not sure you get any coQ10 at all by eating it.

The digestive system will break it down rendering it ineffective.

Any ingestible coQ10 could be a scam. Perhaps they’ve attached to some kind of carrier, but not likely.

I could be missing something in that regard.

There are very very few over the counter medications that do anything at all.

                      Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Prilosec

Everything else is BS. If it weren't, the big pharma companies would bribe the FDA into making it unavailable without a prescription.

Very little evidence to show coenzyme q10 supplementation has any effect, likely variable from person to person and or get some placebo effect. Personally only time I use is older people on statins at risk statin induced myopathy, but not even sure there is much benefit.

Google 4 things to take Sinatra cardiologist..Get my recommended dosage of CoQ10 and DHA omega-3 supplements to support healthy blood pressure.

As you know, maintaining healthy blood pressure is essential to heart health.*A normal reading is a systolic pressure of less than 120 mmHg over a diastolic pressure of less than 80 mmHg. Keeping your blood pressure in the healthy range requires a heart-healthy diet and exercise—which your doctor no doubt has told you about.

What you may not have been told, however, is that there’s a “dynamic duo” of heart vitamins that also can help to support those efforts: the right dosage of CoQ10 and DHA omega-3 supplements.

How The Right CoQ10 Dosage Promotes Healthy Blood Pressure

The right CoQ10 dosage supports healthy blood pressure by*enhancing energy at the cellular level. This boost in energy enables the heart muscle to pump blood more efficiently, which is critical for healthy blood pressure.

I'm not arguing the role CoQ10 plays at the cellular level.

But when you eat CoQ10, you absorb little to none as it is destroyed.

You need to inject it into a muscle and bypass the digestive season.
