First line of negotiations. Mexico needs us a lot more than we need them. Mexico is just not used to somebody negotiating with them from a position of strength because past presidents have just pussyfooted around with them. This is going to happen, and I believe the longer Mexico drags their feet, the worse it will be for them. Trump plays to win.
