Donk, did you like Chinese Democracy when it came out? I felt like it was unfairly panned for reasons other than content... the excruciatingly long wait, the revolving cast of characters, Axl's seeming disdain for original members etc. The music itself was quite good, a stylistic departure from Appetite, but good in it's own right.

yes, in the pit, had a blast... tho axl took some getting used to seeing up that close..... at first he looked like someone's little ol granmother to me with that stupid kilt he was wearing..... great show, tho....

and eddie, i tried to listen to Chinese Democracy again last night.... turned that shit off 32 mins in..... sorry, but I can only throw out "wtf were they thinkin'" even today when I try to give it a chance.....
