haven't read the facts related to her case, somewhat surprised limitations period on the crime hasn't run; have to check he state's law where he's charged, usually a three to four statute of limitations on sex crimes, unless a minor is involved......
i'll go read up on the case.... in all likelihood, a credible witness who passed a polygraph, and prosecutors eager to hammer a guy that pretty much everyone in the nation has already convicted in their mind....
