Agree on both accounts, I think. For the stock market, just look up the "plunge protection team". It will correct, but it won't crash.

As for Trump, I was fairly certain he would flame out but honestly, the other candidates are just so damn weak that I believe he actually has a chance. And that's an indictment on the republican party. But I also think we're at a point where we're just tired of life long politicians, the status quo, corporations over people, we're getting to be anti-establishment and Trump appeals to those people.

And as a life long politician, so does Bernie Sanders. I would LOVE to see Sanders/Trump showdown. Throw Ben Carson on the R ticket and let Bernie go alone That would be must watch TV and honestly, I wouldn't care who wins. Deep down, trump is Democrat. So all three front runners right now, Trump/Clinton/Sanders, are all Democrats

I've heard this all before. I was curious what the specifics were that led you to believe now is the time to do all that.

I'm fine on all that plus I have access to IV's, IV fluid, antibiotics, medication of all types.

But none of that means anything, except a few more months before someone outlasts you.

The real struggle will be sustainability. I've got that as well. Plenty of land, water sources, gardens, etc... Stuff to barter with that is renewable. Rivers to fish, etc....

Im probably as well prepared as anyone to last over the long haul and I'm not even stocking up. Just well positioned.

first off, i know sometimes i may just spit something out without explaining myself. reason for that is i simply dont like to waste my time. sometimes i ask myself why i even bother because most people wont appreciate it anyway. whether i am right or wrong in the end, the reasons for the way i feel are based upon the feelings i get from the things that are happening around me, along with the things that i am learning about on a daily basis. nobody can predict the future, and nobody tells the complete truth about the past.

for the last several months, i have found myself trapped in pessimistic thought. i am not a well off person, as a matter of fact, i find myself to be one of the people who struggle to simply make ends meet. this does not mean that i cannot afford food, bills, or anything that i like to do for entertainment. what i mean is that the time for individual growth as a working class person has almost become impossible. i live on long island and i rent a 2 bedroom apartment for what most people across the USA pay for a 4 bedroom on an acre of property. i have a grandmother who lives in a prominent neighborhood who pays 16k a year in taxes for a three bedroom house that needs much work, along with parents who own a home in a nice neighborhood while paying 12k a year. my point is, for an average hard-working individual like myself, buying a house here is almost impractical. many of the old-timers who bought their houses several years ago for 100k, now own homes worth 500k or more. this is wealth that has been accumulated in a way that is no longer available to people in their 20's or 30's buying a home for the first time where i live. for some reason, these are the same people who seem to think that younger people have the same opportunity that they had. this is unbelievably incorrect. i do not have parents or family that understand the way things truly are. they seem to think that if they could rise from poverty, literally, because my mother came here from italy when she was 7, and my father grew up on the streets of brooklyn, that theres no reason for any of their 4 kids to have any issues creating a good lifestyle for themselves on their own.

fact of the matter is, the world has changed. not for the better. middle class, like myself, will eventually become low class. many people already know that there is a war against the middle class. jobs overseas, and jobs disappearing due to technology are a couple reasons. how about student loan debt? imagine coming out of college with 100k in debt without being able to find a job. there are many examples. this is simply a trap. its a trap that finds people paying these debts back for many years, perhaps the rest of their lives. the bankers have destroyed the idea of a college education while making a new generation of slaves. slaves that were promised a good life, possibly filled with great earnings, all the while becoming a statistic of students who cannot find a job in the field of their major.

what many people cannot seem to comprehend is the fact, and i meant fact, that none of this is an accident. there are people in this world who have been able to control everything for a very long time. they control our food, they control our media, they control our money, they control our police, our government, and even our emotions on a daily basis. the same people are on a mission to collapse America, and everything it was made to stand for. there was a time in which people had much respect for us all around the world. they laugh at us now. they laugh at us because we are easily controlled and easily misled. we question nothing, while falling for whatever we see on TV. we fell for the gay marriage idea, and will soon fall for pedophilia as being reasonable, or understandable. we are the country who no longer has morals, nor do we care for our neighbors. we have been pushed into race wars, and we have been forced to accept what is not normal. we have been de-sensitized, while being scorned for speaking out against anything that has demanded its approval. we are now the laughing stock of the world, and we are no longer untouchable.

the time has come in which many people will have to make decisions in how to live the rest of their lives. things will not be handed to us for much longer, and pension funds and 401k earnings will come to a halt, before decreasing in value. i feel like we are at a time in which we will be tested. not only as individuals, but as Americans. nothing lasts forever, and i feel that the time for American prosperity is finished. i feel as if our money will slowly be siphened away, little by little, by people who only have their own interests in mind. these people do not believe in god, and do not care for anyone else but themselves. their intentions are not promising, as a matter of fact, their intentions are for our demise.

we have been sold out by our leaders. rebublicans and democrats are the same, despite all the rhetoric. we have been sold on the illusion of choice, or vote, for way too long. the only way we win is by declining to vote at all. they all work together, and they are also paid for by the same people. this is not an opinion. its fact. i was a republican until i realized that i have been fooled. as a matter of fact, i was a GWB fan until i realized that his grandfather was in bed with the nazis and arabs, and realized that he was absolutely a willing participant in 9/11. first step for all of us is to realize that we should have no affiliation with persons who have received personal or corporate donations from individuals who have something to gain. this means that we should simply not vote. they are all paid for. all of them.

None of us will ever fully agree on anything. Whether I agree with someone or not, just knowing someone has pride, and respect for others is enough for me to realize that regardless of our beliefs, we are all the same and need each other more than ever. Our differences is what should make us stronger as a whole, but our differences is what has been used against us. We do not have a say in our government, nor do we have control of it.
