    Gatorade is way overrated.Ruby red grapefruit juice is much better.

    Anyone hooked on ice cold ruby red grapefruit juice?It's not the stuff us old farts used to be forced to drink that came in cans when we were kids.It ranges from about $1.50 for a generic house brand to $2.00 for a name brand for a 48 ounce bottle and they all taste the same.I know,it has acid in it and doesn't have all those made up terms like electrolights and all that crap.Face it,Gatorade tastes like crap and isn't very thirst quenching.

    Wow, never tried ruby red when seriously thirsty. I agree with previous poster, ice cold water is pretty good when dying of thirst.

    It's got other benefits too. If you're really hungover and were able to open a refrigerator that contained every type of juice, I guarantee you'd be going for the pineapple juice. Right now it ranks 28.91 on my power ratings.
