My alma mater is a beautiful campus in a large city but the winters are anesthetizingly cold.

unless you are 18-21 and have the money to go there, or could get a job there, what difference does it make. better to go to a lower class school to take advantage of co-eds.

West Coast littered with nice campuses. The latitudes from Santa Barbara or so down to San Diego some of the best in the world with campuses and girls to match.

UCLA Bruin myself. Might have been a grass is greener thing, but it always seemed like the USC chicks had one up on us, and UCLA was top notch.

True, for many there is maintenance. Branching out from LA towards Santa Barbara and San Diego increased your chances of finding the cool hot chicks.

Especially Santa Barbara.

SDSU - hot chicks and lots of them. Not usually very smart, though
UCLA - good if you like asians
USC - hot chicks with money - def need to be in a frat
UCSB - hot and smart with no greek requirement. good feeder school with SBCC getting all the dumb hotties who still want the college experience

Pepperdine has a nice lawn that you can't walk on. Also as a bonus you get bumper to bumper traffic on PCH. Pass

i've been to most of the uc campuses, ucsd, ucsb, uci, ucr, cal, ucla...

i'm a little biased but ucla has the best campus.

Yes, but id rather be 2 hours down the pacific coast away right off the beach, in a beautiful isolated beach town, than anywhere near LA/Hollywood/Downtown/Westwood. No thank you to that.

Not to mention, 20 minutes from Malibu if you need as well
