I've seen VH live dozens of times
Van Hagar was a better band musically then the DLR version ever was.
Better live too since Dave stopped singing the songs the way they were recorded in 1984, he's horrendous live

Van Halen was not a better band post DLR.

The band had songs like Ain't talkin bout love, Runnin with the Devil, Jump, Dance the night away, Panama, Cradle will rock, Unchained, with DLR.

They go from that to shit like why can't this be love, dreams, when it's love, and poundcake with Hagar LOL.

Not even close.
