My grandma buys fruit at the fruit market, about 10 minutes from our home. She says she always sees this cashier that is around my age and she is single. Her name is Aneta and she just came to Canada from Poland 2 years ago. I am thinking about letting my grandma set me up with her on a blind date. She really wants me to take her out. I think I need a break from gambling for a bit and maybe meeting a female is the way to go. My grandma said that finding a lady is like finding a good piece of fruit. All the ripe ones go fast, and the longer I wait all that will be left are old ones that nobody else wants. I think she is just worried that I will be single for my whole life. So my grandma is going to the fruit market tomorrow evening and i'll probably let her set me up. Should I call her before the blind date? where should I take Aneta? I do not want to screw this up and embarass my grandma next time she goes to the fruit market. I am thinking about not calling her and taking her out to indoor rollerblading

Indoor rollerblading is an awesome idea, but probably not for the first date and first time hanging out with someone. Standard for me is usually get a few drinks and then if there's no spark or connection either of you has the option to cut it short in a graceful manner. If you don't drink a lite lunch maybe wouldn't be a bad idea with the possibility of taking a stroll after if things go well or going someplace you know great for dessert or coffee.
I think calling her ahead of time is up to you.
