a lot of people have asked in the past and I am pretty sure that admin had answered with reasons. try putting some of those keywords in the search bar and you will probably get an answer. Not that it will be much consilation

nah they keep talking about delivery costs but its bullshit
if its all about delivery costs, why are gift cards not available? since they can just be emailed to the person
or how about charging points to cover delivery costs?

Was under the impression that non-USA can purchase sports book cash which is not allowed in the states?

Great White North.
Not up to anything, but was looking in the store and most items exclude Canucks.
Thought there must be a reason?
I just don't know what that would be.

These two key restrictions limit its value:
You must have registered with the sports book through a link on SBR.
The maximum limit per book is $1,000.

Once you max out what's cashable to you.... ask SBR to find a way or say you're going to walk away from here. They should find someway to help.
They make more money on international users because of affiliate ties, US users aren't worth as much. If they could force everyone to only buy sportsbook cash, they'd love it. But it would be breaking US law.

as a US player I would trade everything available to me in the store for sportsbook cash....... I don't get the frustration but to each his own.
