Gotta love TV sitcoms like Modern Family. A strong majority of these shows feature an "average" or out-of-shape type of guy who has a smoking-hot wife, although there are exceptions (Roseanne, that Mike & Molly show with the two fat people, etc.).

It's about confidence not body shape. Love yourself and believe you are a good catch and women will too. It's really that simple. Even if you are fat and average looking.
