Last year we had over 800 Pro's remaining at cut off in BTP contest vs 500 this year. Either the contest went very bad or Pro membership drop drasticallly.

#12If there were some different options for US players to go pro maybe more people would do it, but give 200 to charity or 3000 points not good options, maybe draftking deposit or can I get a groupon for pro membershipComment -

#13No point in going pro.
Creating a new account at a sportsbook? Forget it, have all of them already (except the ones that don't accept players from Germany).
Simply paying for it?Yeah, of course....
Can't buy shit in the store anyway as a player from Europe.
So why would I go pro?
It's always a give some - get some situation. But there is absolutely no chance that I'm paying a single cent without getting something in reward.
Would SBR come up with new ideas for European users, I would do it in a second. But the way it is now, I would rather burn the money at the sea while dancing around it sniffing coke.Comment -

#14Like many others have said it isn't worth it. Most people don't have the time to play poker and grind it out rolling points over. Unless you are good at it, it isn't worth it.
SBR should put their thinking caps on and come up with something new. They did it once, no reason why they couldn't come up with something new.Comment -

#15I was a pro before I even joined here.I don't need a label reminding me of it. I am here for some comedic fun and occasional insight on sports.

#21For many SBR is well worth it. It is a great site with the only minus being that it is very addicting. I am quite surprise to see the large spread. Pretty sure number was over 850 last year and now 500 this year. That's a huge drop.Comment -
