A source tells Access Hollywood that Katie, 34, is seeing Jamie, 45.
Speculation about the pair being an item first began after the Katie and Jamie were photographed together at a charity event in The Hamptons in late August. At the time, a rep for the actress said they were "just friends."
At the event, they were spotted dancing together to Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines."


According to In Touch, Katie was seen leaving Jamie's New York City hotel and took a car service to her Chelsea apartment.
The actor, who has never been married, previously told Oprah Winfrey that he keeps his relationships very private.
"Whoever you're dating, don't let anybody know!" he told Oprah in 2012. "I'm very loving... when it comes to being there [for someone]."


Katie ended her marriage with Tom Cruise in 2012 after five years of marriage.
Tom and Jamie co-starred together in 2004's "Collateral."
