I have seen some posts you have made, where you are chastising yourself way too much.

Do not let your personal inadequacies about yourself hold you back a minute longer.

Whats a good way to start doing that ?

By far the best way is too realize that 98% of us are in the same boat mentally.

It does not matter how successful, good looking, or outgoing someone seems on the outside,

we are all structurally flawed creatures.

This is because , no matter how intricately and amazing the human mind is, it is also just as flawed as it is

impressive. Just realizing how true it is, that all of us are going through the same thing ,

because all the unanswered questions most of us have about life,

and how crazy life can be on our already complex psyche .....

Sorry to get all weird about it,

but the main thing is too not be so hard on yourself about the feelings you are having.

It seems that everyone who is questioning themselves truly feel like they are one ,

of only a handful of people who are going through the mental mindfukk in this crazy ass life.

This is only one aspect Parlayin, but its a important one.

Once you stop beating yourself up, and accept who you are ,

and realize all humans are in the same boat with you ....

that is a good way to start coming out of your shell.

Quit lookin at other people you see out and about and thinking

"wow I wish I was them, they have it made, not a care in the world"

and realize that they most likely question themselves

internally damn near the same way you do yourself.....

So with this in mind, next time you are out ,

try to get to know some of these people you see daily, and I believe you

will see they face most of the problems every day as you do ,

rather mentally or physically, and then you should start to accept who you are a bit more.

As far as with women. The same could be said again that I said above.

Even the most beautiful woman in the world hashad her heart broken ,

has been rejected , has personal demons she is fighting for one fukked up reason or another.

NO WOMAN IS UNAPPROACHABLE. Everyone gets turned down

, never let rejection scare you off at a opportunity,

even if its only a 3% likely to succeed chance with a woman....

cuz I can tell you one thing, if you do not try at all the odds are always going to be 0%......

isnt a 3% chance better then no chance at all ?

You only live once brotha,start putting yourself in better situations to succeed socially and see where it goes.

At the end of the day, respect who you are,

you seem like a nice humble fella, and thats a outstanding quality for someone to have.

It's more important that I accept myself for my own confidence and happiness rather than doing it to attract a woman.

I know my best years are wasting away, and I want to go out. But having a night out by myself is hard to get through. I just want to enjoy myself and take control of my social life, but I get in my own way so much.

Ask a friend, family member like a cousin round your age, hit the sportsbar and just do you. Talk sports, ask the next person (patron, bartender) what's good to eat here or what are you having, what's a good drink, etc…then take it from there!!! Do you my Dude!!! You might surprise yourself.
