It's too late now since it's already swollen but next time get ice on it immediately and for the next several hours and you will save yourself a lot of pain and inconvenience.

Had ice on it within 5 minutes. It was swollen immediately. I thought at first a bone was sticking out, lol.

Fact is, a large dose of anti-inflammatory and the immediate and relentless ice is looking to have really paid off here. No weight, can’t move it, but it doesn’t look as bad as it could and as long as it’s elevated it feels alright.

We’ll see tomorrow, I’m also still on ice, with very small breaks.
