I had to crash last night, I still haven't seen the NBA results from yesterday. Totally forgot you posted that last night.
The neck's been acting up quite a bit lately. Took a lot of muscle relaxers this morning an hour and a half before the chiropractor. Medicated many other ways as well. He couldn't tell, things are that tight. Not good. A nerve pinching, sucks this time of year.

Yeah it's helping but I still have problems it can only help so far with.
Sometimes it's best to get chiropractic help as soon as possible before problems get worse, I didn't do that many years ago when I ate shit on the slopes. It's one of the reasons I may be so bad.
I've been working with my chiropractor for a long time, he's a friend now. He's good, not excessive, not just in it for the buck, and was trained well, in my opinion.
In your case it might depend on why they said to go. If you have pain you may need to. If not, maybe not, even though sometimes a case could be made that you will have pain later. Some random chiropractor might bullshit about all that too and just start popping shit...lol.
I have a lot of trust in mine, he's earned it.

if you told the paisans you made sauce with just costco meatballs, they would laugh at you. you need to make it with sausage, meatballs, stew meat, at least 2-3 different meats. best to get the sausage from the italian pork store and make your own meatballs. brown it a little and cook the rest of the meat in the sauce for 3 hours. make a big batch and freeze it. red wine, pinch of fennel, teaspoon of sugar, fresh herbs, dried herbs. im sitting on some homemade canned tomatoes from jersey. prefer the de cecco brand.The sauce was badazz this time, it was more of a garlic onion, the meatballs were frozen from Costco and thrown in. They don't seem to affect the sauce and truthfully the sauce doesn't really mess with the meatball.
But the I put meat in the sauce and after the simmer, the flavors all come through.
It's all about he sauce.
