i would think a lawyer in your area would give you a free phone consultation to see what the best thing to do is, and they can't call the cops (attorney/client privilege)

The trick is the bookie. If you can limit the bookies liability here, i.e. Picker doesn't know shit to talk shit about the bookie, then in my opinion (disclaimer: not legal), is I would rather try to collect from picker and see if he is stupid enough to call the cops.

So if picker checks in and says the story is true, then everyone will buy into this charade a little longer. In the last video that Picker posted, his account balance was over 10k.
