Fine said the tax revenue that Disney pays would be transferred to local government and could more than pay for the added services.

These are revenue bonds. They will get the revenue when they take on the debt.

And if they come up a dime short then DeSantis will pass a law to tax them the shortfall and then a little or a lot.

A CEO should never pick a fight with the governor. They will always lose. Disney will lose massively in this case which is why their stock is tanking.
