He has been audited every year he has filed taxes over the past 15 years and the IRS has not filed any charges. Don't like the tax laws? Change them. Until then quit bitching about someone taking every legal avenue to avoid paying taxes. His tax attorneys and CPA firms are doing their job....legally.

Under XI, a business reorganizes and the court decides who gets paid based on their secured priority. It happens often and some people don't get paid. Without filing XI, business stops and very few get paid. Operations continue and employees get paid, vendors usually get screwed and attorneys always get paid

It happens more often than people think. Trump has no personal liability under Chapter XI. Trump has never personally screwed anyone or any entity in these filings.
