I'm not deciding what they're worth, you are. You are claiming that every worker is producing at least $15 an hour. There are millions of businesses in America. If a worker can't find one that will pay them a living wage despite the fact they will pay others decent wages, the problem isn't a vast employer conspiracy against that worker, it is that the worker isn't able to produce enough to justify the salary. People have to take some responsibility for themselves to improve their life. This is the problem with you, you want 5% of the population to take care of everyone else. Bezos being paid what he's worth isn't injustice, Bezos being paid much less that what he's worth is.
Again, my ideology is based on the fact that we have limited resources, and what people get should be in proportion to what they produce. You think that what people produce doesn't matter and resources should be divided up on need, which will destroy an economy.
