James Comey is as incompetent as they come. Although I'm sure he was instructed what to say. He states there was no clear evidence at the beginning then in the middle states that hostile actors accessed critical information and finishes up with there is evidence of potential violations. You can't make this shit up.

I think Comey had no choice. As a conviction would never be allowed. Some of us are above the law, total bullshit. I don't think Comey is the one who should get the blame for this, his hands were tied.

Comey was Republican who saw Ken Starr as one of his personal heros...If he had something he would have brought it against Clinton. Why else would he drag this "investigation" out for as long as he did.

The simple fact that Comney is injecting his opinion that she was "careless", when his job is simply to evaluate if a crime was committed was unprofessional and proves an anti Clinton motivation.

the craziest theory I heard was he was angling for a supreme court seat. If anyone else but hillary clinton was involved I'd say that is too crazy to be true.

Wow. She clearly broke the law. Comey had no choice. She is above the law. Case closed. If you are a liberal and are happy about no charges, you are condoning that she is above the law. That is a mental disorder. I am a liberal i would love to see her rot in jail like she deserves. I also know that there was never and will never be anything that could get her charged with any crime.

Clinton Charged = See, I told ya she was guilty. Clinton not charged= See , she was guilty, but I told ya it was fixed. When you set it up beforehand that you were right on both outcomes, tough to lose. I wish all my bets could only win, no matter the result.

I said from the 1st announcements of this she was probably guilty and would never be charged. Cash that one. Even i could win a bet like that.

Comey may have hurt Hillary even worse than if she had been indicted. By making such a spectacle of this, including a press conference to announce his decision, then two days later going before congress and a national TV audience, he got everyone riled up to the point where now Hillary can't just ignore it and she can't do the victory dance either. Only time will tell if its small headache or a full blown migraine.
