This broad nurse i know told me it's prob cause of how i sleep. She actually found this disorder or whatever they're called, when you pass out to fall asleep, you end up sleeping on your arm.

Depends. My neurologist argued with me for 3 months saying I didn't have a stroke. When my catholic hospital finally got off their ass and sent them my records the asshat said I was the only one he knew that had a stroke in my spot that lived.
Yes you can pinch you are by the way you sleep. I have torn rotor cuff from playing ball many moons ago that pops out every 2 years from the way I sleep on it.

Chico I still can't believe you had a stroke at your age, I believe you are a just a few years older then me.. You said you weren't fat, you were an athlete growing up, etc.. I assume you ate decent too if you weren't a fat slob.. Stress though is the killer and that you did have as you stated thru work.... Still a stroke happens because of a lack of blood flow to the brain, super high blood pressure can do it too... Perhaps you should have been on lipitor for cholesterol to keep your arteries open and flowing? Did you get checked out for that prior to the stroke?

Anyways that would freak me out if I had a stroke and woke up slow and with mental regressions.. You seem ok to me now in your posts though which is good.. There are mild strokes and severe strokes so assume you had a mild one..

Baby aspirins does help thin the blood and keep the blood flowing when you have clogged arteries...

I also eat one raw garlic clove every morning with breakfast for lowering my blood pressure 10 points, it also helps with never getting sick.. I swear by that garlic clove every morning as it surely helps with my high blood pressure border line issues that I have running in the family. ... Besides raw garlic, only massive cardio regularly lowers my blood pressure but at 48 years old I just can't do those 3 hour bike rides every other day anymore.. Knees start to hurt as I'm a tall guy....

I'm still healthy and strong though so I can't complain but check back in 10 years it may be a changing story.. I'm 48 now and I still run a few miles daily, do stairs climbs, and lift weights.. Alot of other people my age I know can't do what I do but I worked at it and made it a life style.. Paying off today..
