Pentagon says the US was about to retrieve it and China launched a small boat....pulled up and loaded it...back to their ship and sailed away....we contacted them on radio but they just drove off.

What's worse is the language after. DOD released letter to a China that reads "it is ours...and we would like it back. And we would like this not to happen again."

For fukksake an opposing military power stole a sensitive item right in front of you and you send a letter that sounds like the kid on playground who got his toy stolen and the bully is holding it over his head while you say please and beg. Trump cannot get in office fast enough.
