I live in Costa Rica now and have always been a political junkie. USA is the largest free democracy on the planet and does, whether you want to admit it, effect countries like Canada. I know it's popular to be anti-america in Canada but I choose not to, but rather educate myself and then form an opinion. Being from Vancouver, many of my friends hate East Indians and Chinese, some of my best friends are those people. I judge people by their actions, not their race. I don't hate Obama cause he's black, I believe he is the wrong man for the job.
I am only expressing my views with Obama which thankfully we are able to, Thanks to countries like Canada and the USA and many many others who made the ultimate sacrifice over the years to allow me the right to do so.

For 8 years, Clinton was responsible for developing the annual federal budgets, which were submitted to Congress every year for consideration. The Republican-controlled Congress could bitch about Clinton's budget all they wanted, but Clinton had veto power over anything they wanted, and the Republicans did not have enough majority to override his appropriations. In the end, during his terms, Clinton was responsible for signing the final budget into law. The budgets passed from 1992 to 1999 were Clinton budgets, no matter how you want to interpret them.
