Obama & Biden thought cattle guards were people and not road blocks for cows
True story, western congressman and senators wanted federal funding for more cattle guards which are the steel grates you see on every exit ramp-frontage road entrance out west that stop roaming cattle from entering highways.Obama and Biden heard about it and said that yes, funding damn well should be approved for more guards and they wanted a jobs training program set up so more people would be interested in being cattle guards.I kid you not, this actually happened and where is the liberal socialist mainstream establishment media to make hay about how idiotic Laurel Obama and Hardy Biden were????????Bush was an incompitent alcoholic blue blood but he did know his cattle. If Bush would have said something like Obama and Biden did, clips would have been running steady on filthy liberal socialist talk shows all day long.

They didn't it's just another BS story put out there by the right.

Old political joke holds that a clueless U.S. government official ordered half the cattle guards in Colorado be fired.

And just so you know cattle guards are used where a road crosses a fence. They're used to replace gates. The guard is basically a bunch of bars with spaces between then you can drive over but cows wont walk across. The cows don't cross in a different place because there's a fence there.

Snopes is not a reliable source when it comes to Obama.

The Snopes founders are big Obama donors, so they are obviously biased.

Connecticut and Chicago types do not but the other 95% of America does. Granted this doesn't come up at the Matinee bars in Georgetown or the Pelosi house in San Francisco....but 'everyday Americans' knew.

I'm still shocked that "paralegals" are medical responders since thats who Obama called upon this weekend instead of Paramedics.

If Romney would have made that huge blunder we wouldn't hear the end of it. I barely heard anyone in the media even mention this.

              The media bias is stunning.

Nothing a reliable source that opposes someone party these days it seems.

The story claims that the President ordered the firing of more than half the "cattle guards" in Colorado because Colorado ranchers rejected his changes in grazing policy. It also claims that a Colorado Congress member asked that before any were fired they should be offered retraining.

Times-Union readers want to know: An e-mail says that in the western part of the country there are such things as cattle guards, horizontal steel rails placed at fence openings to prevent cattle fr…

It's an old joke. I remember my uncle telling it to one of his buddies around a camp fire one night while they were all drinking beer.
