Maybe should stagger the start times. Have a group 1a on Saturday. 1b on Sunday. 2hour blind levels. And if you timeout more than 3 times you are booted from tourney

Wouldn't change it too drastically... if this is the way qualifying was determined, why change it up?

The superbowl doesn't add an extra quarter, or lengthen the time in each.

It won't be anymore "competitive" no matter what blinds you use.

The format is fine, gets to the point.

Bingo!! There's gonna be a couple of hundred "skilled" and samey players that will be very saddened with the end result at SBR. Dragging it out longer won't make much difference.

change the starting stack to somewhere between 5k - 8k leave the blinds and lengths the same

buy in for this event would still be roughly 175 if you bought straight in, more then many online tournaments buy in. i dont see why a 4-5 hour tournament is very long, i play in tournaments every day online for less that last that long.
