yeah, its a poker room/horse track in minnesota. Fairly nice set up but very limited in spread and limits. Do not believe they even allow no limit except in the "tourney" form. Clientele is primarly senior citizens splashing 1/2 and 2/4 limit.

Have played a few decent sized tourneys there over the years.

Is quite enjoyable to get hammered and yell at horses though.

I haven't lived in Minny for a few years but use to go to Canterbury to booze it up and play limit or 7 card. Far as I know they don't offer any NL cash games. They did at one time have NL sit n goes, which just ended up being a turbo shove-fest.

If anyone still goes to Canterbury, save some cash and play the O/8 8/16 (if they still have it). When I was their the game was only Tuesday and some Thursdays, but the players in it are complete donks. You'll thank me later.

I don't know about this Canterbury place. You should try Los Angeles we have a few decent card rooms like The Bike, Commerce, and Hawaiian Gardens. I wouldn't drive out of my way just to play at Canterbury.
