thanks ya you must be right...I forgot I also had the 5dimes software on my pc but can't login there either.....wish they would email you though or something to notify us when they do stuff like that

Yep got some weird error message and says access denied or does not exist.

Give it an hour or two hopefully no longer

You can always live chat them and ask about it. Yeah, they don't give notice when they do maintenance

Is anyone having trouble with 5 Dimes accepting **** deposits?
I have tried unsuccessfully several times now in the last few days to make a deposit into my account. Each attempt was either declined or canceled. When I contacted customer service I was told the decline was issued by my bank. When I contacted my bank I was told no such decline occurred.
So I re-contacted 5dimes only to be told.... "The person in charge of the CC department confirmed
that the last attempts were declined by my bank, even dough[ their spelling not mine] they're
telling you they're not declining the transactions, we can confirm they're the ones not letting the transaction go through."
I then looked at past successful deposits agorasvc.com seems to be the problem. In checking my deposit history,every cancelation or decline that ever occurred,occurred when this was/is the descriptor.When other descriptors have been used I've had no problem depositing. Does anyone have any idea why?
I'd like to add that their customer service is horrible and non helpful to say the levs non-successful and found that the descriptor they're currently using ast.

Not really. Make sure the keyboard is working correctly or your caps lock isn't on. Something along those lines...
