Poker Software will not let me login in and play the 3pm after registering

No there are definitely people playing the 3pm. Those of us who aren't are about to get kicked. I hope they can reset us so we can play a later tournament. It won't let me log in for anything

Yes, we are experiencing technical problems, it should be fixed within minutes, the tourney has already started with the people that were already logged in at the time of the tourney.

dang, I usually leave my software logged in but somehow if got closed ugh. Will we be able to play the later tournaments Rod? Thanks for the quick update.

Same happened to me, pretty sure that's why only 29 registered for the 3 PM.

I spent five minutes trying to sign in and register and it wouldn't let me.

I was thinking of starting a thread.

So are you going to reset the tourney and start it again or it stays as it is? it seems I finished 19th although I could not login anymore after I signed up

The tourney will not be "redone", the players that were able to play and were logged in before start time played the tourney with no problem.

Those who were not able to login at the time will be receiving a refund of the 11pts of the buy in, just post in this thread if you were affected, sorry for the inconvenience.

Buy-ins will be refunded after the tourney has finished, 7 players left with 200/400 blinds.

Yea and they should be able to be fixed too. I don't understand why it's not possible for us to play a later tournament if it was a software glitch that caused the problem but oh well

The poker series does last a long time, but every day counts one cash could be the difference.

I assume because it would be more trouble and work than it's worth. I don't have access to the software or user accounts but I'm guessing it is along the lines of: The database flags a user as played if they are registered when a daily tournament starts. They can't play in any of the other tournaments until tomorrow. Manually going in and unchecking the flag for each user that wasn't able to play is more labor intensive than sending the 11 points to the users who weren't able to play.

True, but doesn't affect me as I really only play for fun, and don't get to play in the series since I'm not a pro.

But that would basically be saying since it only happened to a handful of us, we don't matter. I wonder what would have happened had the whole tournament field been unable to play.

No he said we CANNOT play in another one today. That's the part that upsets me. I wouldn't care a bit if we were allowed to play the 7pm or 9pm or whatever. But because of the software screwup, we miss out on todays tournaments altogether

Don't see how it's fair with a big championship tourney at stake and every tourney matters. There's going to be people that miss out on the big dance by a few points and this tourney could be the difference. But can I at least get a refund.
