Why do guys go all for 120 big blinds pre when there is only 2-3 big blinds in pot?

Jeez don't you want guys with dominated hands to call?

And if you are all in pre with QQ what kind of hands do you think your going to get a call from 62o?

Around here, I've seen calls with Ace anything, rod is perfect example, that guy has beaten my aces and kings with ace rag each time, and not for small calls
