I won a SBR points tourney several months back and I have fulfilled the rollover requirement several times, but I have never received my tourney winnings and the meter on my cashier screen has been stuck on 989/1800 for the longest time...does anyone know how I can get those tournament winning in my account?

If you are sure you rolled-over the necessary points, click on the "help" option on the top of your poker menu bar, go to "24 hour live support" and ask them to look into it.Comment -
I am positive I have completed the rollover of 3x 600 and I have clicked on the help button and sent a message to SBR without getting a response...Comment -
