I'm in Texas, if we secede before the Poker Cup tourney does that make me eligible for the World Team?

I know it's only been two weeks, but having to average 650/week just to make the US Team is a pretty tough task.

lou turn off the doom switch on me brother, bad beat after bad beat. have owned half the people on that list after the flop only to get some ridiculous river.

Yeah Thad, guy just joined the forum back in Sept of last year and already has 5 fuk'in cashes! Yet some of us can't never catch a fuk'in break! I really hope Lou considers 2 US teams. Makes the most sense because the vast majority of players are from the US.

If cards could hold up I'd probably have 3000 points and 9 cashes out of 10.

That's Poker.

But all the bad players just kill your equity in these type of tournaments.

Yea thats how it is... Im in 2nd and the sad part is I got killed on a few bad beats and missed a few more cashes.....

Well I had a horrendous week! I need to step it up. In week 1 I was 3 out of 3 for cashes, but in week 2 I went 0 for 4

What is a joke is the World team. I would think that they ONLY have around 25 players IN ALL trying for the world slots and only the top 15 have even cashed once.

Next time, Europe and the World would have to be in the same category.

But I have a feeling that we wont see the Ryder Cup again after March. There will be something else I am sure, but not a World, Europe or USA designation

No one is going to eating anything! You guys miss the point. We never said that you couldnt have a good team with only 25 players trying for the seat.

We are only saying that it is a joke and easy to make the team. Their is a big difference. I dont think that anyone would really complain if they had 2 US teams. Or at least have an extra team representing the "Galaxy" for instance with the top 10 finishers who didnt make a team from ANY location. Now no one could argue with that logic. Everyone would have the same chance.

Optional, you keep chiming in because you are GUARANTEED a spot in the final 10. Of course you dont want anything to change. I am not even sure that your WORLD designation is correct either. I mean you would be in around 30th place on the US team with your score right now
