missing poker points

sunday 11/13 I placed ninth and never seen my 70 points, I immediately bought into ring after tourney but with 75 points showing couldn't be missing 70 point wallet.

11/15 i left ring with 31.69 in points that have never found their way home.

I wonder if this is connected to missing BTP points, my site has been hacked for months ever since infraction

When is your trivia freeplay missing from? If it's from the one we just had, then it won't be credited yet for a few more hours.

Which week is your missing BTP freeplay from?

Just to make sure... if you've followed the steps in this tutorial http://forum.sbrforum.com/players-ta...freeplays.html and can't find your BTP freeplay, let me know. You can check your betting history in the sportsbook to see which freeplays were credited.

Poker I'll have to ask an Admin to follow up for you as I don't deal with that at all.

I had some missing points transfer over from poker the other day, they said it was a failed transfer. I went to live help and they took care of it for me.

guys, close the table first before you close the program. make sure it unseats you. Then close the program. its like a bug in the poker software.

not concern with BTP missing points anymore as too old. Appears history only goes back 2 weeks. I did receive pm on subject but never found the time to open it.
Just find it very weird that my 70 points from last sundays poker cash was never awarded. also ring game 31 points from 15th still ain't found way home.
Was missing 10 point freeplay for trivia which I believe was tuesday but someone put 100 there. I know there is link to show trivia question and maybe date but can't find it.

But if you're missing freeplays, we want to make sure you get them. I will ask Admin to let me know exactly which freeplays you've been credited since BTP started, including any for trivia. Once I get those, we can sort through your trivia in the past 3 weeks and every week of BTP to figure out what's going on.

As for poker, I'll get Lou to look into that as well.

To see all of the trivia you've ever played: Go into Settings up near your Avatar pic at the top of the forum. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the left-hand side under Miscellaneous, you should see Trivia. Click on that and you'll find all of your trivia history.

I'll get back to you on Monday, or possibly even tomorrow if I can grab someone when I'm online.
