Bodog (SBR Rated A) is pretty busy. Intertops (SBR Rated B+) I believe is on the Cake network and does it's own private processing.

Word of caution....the poker network that bookmaker, 5d, and others is on is yatahay. It is run by truepoker.eu. They just froze my account to look into a chip dumping hand. As a result, my sportsbook account is locked until this rinkie dink truepoker.eu site does whatever its doing. It will get resolved but I have to wager elsewhere tonight because of the pokerroom.

I will not be using the pokerroom again because I value my sportsbook account

I think bodog is the only place thats really sportsbook and poker but its going more towards the sportsbook

Correct, Pinnacle was forced to announce the closure a few months ago. When Entraction Network was purchased by IGT, they were forced to drop Pinnacle because their license was in Curacao. That licensing body is not on the UK White List, so they were closed.
