I've seen board 4 of a kind two or three times in 7 years or so of play. Once I was super pissed because I'd gone allin with a full house on the turn (something like 999KK) and the other guy called with A high, picking up the board 4 of a kind on the river for the win by kicker.

ive seen hand like this in live tournament in my local casino flop 777 one guy push i normaly call with JJ and turn 7 he had AJ

So do I get my bad beat T-shirt for that hand?

The worst bad beat I took was losing quad 8's to quad 10's We both had pockets and my 8's came first and he rivered the quad 10's after we were both all in. I went home right after that. I lost about $450 that I was up on that beat.

Online, that would have scored you a 5 figure bad beat jackpot at a lot of places.
