I will act as a sports reporter for the Ryder cup until I become board

In what has been a controversial idea since its start, the SBR Ryder Cup has been somewhat entertaining for on-lookers.

Team world shot out of the gate, being decisive underdogs due to their low requirements, they have battled hard and have found themselves on top of the leader board after the four o'clock hour on Tuesday. The standings at the time looked like this..

    Team World 13
    Team Europe11
    Team Canada 9
    Team America 8

That's right, what was perceived to be the overwhelming favorite of this competition, America was in fact dead last. At least before the five o'clock hour.

Branchdavid of Team USA preformed well. Team worlds ParnamaBread fell early opening up a big opportunity for the other team. Teams Canada's Pinchylarue was the next to fall. This time to the hands of Branchdavid (USA) who pulled an Ace high flush. Branch found himself with a good chip lead.

Europe's Pareto competed at this table, and found himself in a bit of a deficit after the Pinch knock out. He fought hard though, and found himself winning a big hand with three kings. The kings where worth 6,250 chips of the original 8,000 and crumpled the American. Pareto was able to finish him off with a Pair of eights that beat a reaching Branch Ace high.

    The score now stands at

    Europe 15
    World 14
    Canada 11
    America 11

Stay tune for continuing coverage, if you like it or not.

At the six o'clock hour it was a giant hand between three of the tables competitors that gave the edge to team Europe.

RonPaul of Team USA come out aggressive, raising at any chance he had Paul was about to claim close to three thousand chips quickly, but then the thunder came down.

Raising with an Ace Queen, Paul found himself trapped when European player Stefan went all in. lolguy of Canada followed suit, going all in with a pair of pocket tens. Paul went ahead and called. Stefan showed two kings, and the following five cards did not help anyone as Stefan pulled in the major victory knocking out the Canadian and crippling the American Paul. Though he put up a fight, Paul would eventually fall to team worlds Augustus.

The Heads up action found Stefan starting with close to a four thousand chip lead. Though Augustus would fight his way back, and take the lead, holding more than a thousand chip lead. From there it would be a dog fight. going back and forth Stefan and Augustus did not let up. Finally Stefan managed to get back his lead, and then the hammer was brought.

Being dealt pocket queens Stefan was about to course Augustus into going all in with a Queen Ten. that was enough to finish the table and four points to the Europeans.

the bad 4-3 finish by the Canadian and American has put their teams in a real world of hurt. the standings look like this.

    Europe 19
    World 17
    America 13
    Canada 12

      TEAM USA STORMING BACK

Eight points was earned by the Americans in their last two tables. Bring their total to 21 points which is good for second behind Europe by just two points. An outstanding comeback, no doubt about it.

It started with Team USA's Blax0r taking down the seven o'clock table. He was able to do it with a miracle eight-queen straight. He knocked out Canadian CrazyParlayKing. Even though a two finish was nice for the squad, the Canadians were not happy about it. They went on to accuse SBR poker as rigged or set up.

Nevertheless though, the bottom feeders of the tournament placed one and two and changed the complexion of the standings.

Then at eight o'clock, Down South for Team USA took home the gold. Unfortunitly I have lost the information of that match. But Down South came up big for Team USA.

      STANDINGS
      Team Europe 16
      Team World 14
      Team America 13
      Team Canada 11

I messed up lol. I was under the impression that 1st place equals 4 points, second equals 3 points and so on. I will have a correct score in my next 'article'

Canadian Muldoon got down early. falling as far as 550 chips while all the others had at least 2000 individuality, it was clear that it would be an up hill battle for him the rest of the way. Which is why with an Ace Six he decided to move all his chips in. America Frankzig called him with a pair of two's. With the USA favored the flop came A 6 6. A full house for Muldoon, if only his luck would continue. The next few hands saw Muldoon give his chips back to the table, and he found himself again at 550. Then on the big blind he went all in and won with two pair. Muldoon fought every step of the way.

It was the longest table in recent games. going into the 50th minuet not one player was eliminated. in the 51st minuet Muldoon pushed all in twice, winning two blinds and taking a small advantage from the American who trialed now by 75 chips. On the next hand fireworks flied.

with three players in the hand. The American, Canadian and World player Wulfman played a causal hand of poker. Raising seldomly it though made its way to being a good size pot. The Canadian made his move after the river. Going all in for a third time it was clear people at the table thought he was bluffing. Though Frankzig decided to fold it was Wulfman who had been bullied the previous two times. He would not let it happen again. He called with straight, he had to be giddy. Until he saw Muldoon show a flush, that he captured on the river.

It was all but over for Wulfman, and a couple hands later he made his exit, earning no points for his team.

So with now a sizeable chip lead, Muldoon no longer was the underdog, but a huge favorite to win. The next several hands saw little action. Rarly getting to the river chips was dis-burst pretty evenly. The American was the low stack, though by not much to European HeeHawwww. But his advantage did him well.

Frankzig went all in with two pairs, he was beaten by HeeHawwww with a straight. America would earn no points, a devastating blow as the person who knocked him out was the a member of the team his team is chasing.

So it was Muldoon and HeeHawwww fighting till the end. It took about ten hands of heads up poker to crown a champion. At the end HeeHawwww attempted to bluff with an Ace high. Muldoon caught him with an Ace high flush. The Canadian had done it. The underdog of the table fought his way back and won the round and two points for his country.

              the CORRECT standings is

              Europe 17
              America 14
              World 13
              Canada 13

              Stay tune for more coverage.

For those that are still not sure (like I was until an hour ago) the scoring goes like this

              1st: 2 points
              2nd: 1 point
              3rd: 0 points
              4th: 0 points

Ace's vs. King's. When RonPaul2008 from America moved in he thought he had won it. World's WilC just moved all in and he had King's. Then the cards was flipped and he saw two Aces. a devastating blow. Paul was down big time, especially after an Ace was turned on the flop. Paul was down to under a thousand chips, having to scratch his way back.

Ace's sure do help that. In what may have been the most ironic turn of events, Paul suddenly found himself moving all in, again facing WilC. What was different, this time he had the Ace's and took down a big pot.

But it was the Canadian that was the real story. Benjy was able to dig deep and win the second table of the day. beating out American Ron Paul the standings are now

                  Europe 17
                  America 15
                  Canada 15
                  World 13

Canada has now won two in a row and really climbing that leader board. They currently lead table three now as well. Stay up to date as I will bring all the coverage right here at the Reds_Fan Chronicles.
