I had some weird experience with Doyles room a few years back. I was suppose to get a check and it never showed up. I did get to talk to the their processing manager, and he said he was sorry and would send it next day air. After two days of that not check not arriving, I spoke to him again - and again he told be he sent it- but after I asked for the fedex tracking number he brought up some sort of error in the system. I will say after that second convo with him I did get my check "next day air" but that was 8 weeks after my initial withdraw and 5 days after he ALLEGEDLY sent it next day air.

That was a few years ago .. and not sure if they revamped their system or not.

I would like to know why I keep getting left off the email list of players that receive special promotion opportunities.

2-3 months ago some players received an email to opt in to a promo that allowed you to earn up to $1,000 by earning poker points. $10 for every 50 poker points earned over a 60 day period.

Then today I hear about another promo, this time up to $500 $10 for every 25 poker points earned.

Check my email but I still have not been fortunate enough to be one of these selected players that received this email.
