Just a wornig to to all the players that play in the site or 5 dimons or bookmaker
the new rake is about out of sinc and money desapear from the site
i just wnated to close the account and i made a transfer from poker to sports to cash out and the balance in the 2 now is 0
call dsi and they can not comunicate wiht the poker room, they have no idea of what is going on.
they even question my integrity by saing that i play the money and now i have 0 bablance.
i belive that is a majoer problem there and it will be very difficult to take the founds
from them.
i have to call them later on as they suggest, but i imagine that the money is gone, as they play stupid.

i can only speak 3 leguages , englusih not been the best one for me.

however, i made a complain to DSI and they correct the issue with the founds, and will investigate the rake problem

I wrote the them in the past and NEVER got a response.

My complaint was when playing in a tournament one user bet say $200 and I hit the CALL($200) button.
Well the user just in front of me went ALL in with $2,000 bet and my account went all in as well.

Instead of just doing the CALL $200. I didn't have the CALL ANY button hit that is 100% for sure.

Again zero response from them.

with the old soft there where many incidents that are very questionable.
i have the advantage to comunicate with them in spanish and never had an issue with customer support till today when the person that ansewer my call have a bad day ( or unfulfill night)
the lady in question did not wanted to do the proper cs work.
later , finally got in touch with the poker room and it was all clear up.
