I want to deposit money on Feltstars but my friend said he withdrew a month ago and still hasn't recieved his check yet.. We live in the US.. Anyone else have problems or no problems with cashing out on Feltstars?

Am having very difficult time cashing out on Feltstars. Requested payout on 3/8, received email that payout was approved and they would issue m.o. on 4/1. Asked them on 4/18 if there was problem-they said software probs, but it shouldf be processed soon. On 4/25, noticed they had new live chat, told that there was new cashier, money was replaced in acct and I would have to start over. Money not in acct 24 hrs later, so chatted again. This time they said they had no record of funds. Said they would refer problem to "appropriate" source and I would receive email within 24 hrs. No email yet. Anyone else have prob?Comment -
