TVG is legal in every state that has legalized horse betting; states that either have racetracks or OTB parlors, etc. can bet horses online at TVG. I live in NH where we have a racetrack and at that racetrack they also have poker. I know many states that have horse tracks also have slots inside these tracks whether or not there is still live horse racing. My question is, why don't the powers that be negotiate a poker site that can be accessed by the residents of the same states that use TVG to gamble on the ponies?
