I've never had any problems so for those of you that do, it's not the software it's your computer/internet, I'm guessing at least 90% of you that have problems match one or more of the below:
*Don't live in the United States (This shouldn't be a problem but it may add to it)
*Using wireless internet that is bad, low signal/packet loss or something
*Your bandwidth is being used by other people/or you are downloading something which is maxing out your bandwidth
*You have background services like Windows Update start automatically which nuke your bandwidth
*Your ISP/line quality sucks
All of you that are having problems should run some tests to see what is causing the problem, start with line quality test:
Also check out the other tools especially SmokePing:
What does SmokePing do?
The "SmokePing" tool will "Intensively monitor an IP address for 24 or more hours to review packet loss and/or excessive latency variability -- from three different US locations." SmokePing generates graphs that can reveal the quality (packet loss and latency variability) & reachability of your IP address from several distributed locations.

Why is low jitter and zero packet loss important?
Communications over the internet are built on layers of technology, and one of the lowest and most fundamental layers is how quickly and reliably IP data packets are transmitted and received. If this layer performs poorly then everything else is affected in one way or another: Speed drops, web pages mysteriously hang, programs disconnected unexpectedly, VOIP quality suffers .. and so on.
