It takes a while to earn the bonus. They release it when you reach a certain amount of points. What's your username gv?

The fulltilt bonus clears really slow at low limits... it translate into .06 for each dollar in rake (non-contributed)... if you play higher limits it diffently comes quicker... I just cleared a reload (of $300) in about a week at about 6-7 hours a day... I usually play two 1/2 NL games and one or two multi-table tourneys or SnG (less then $20) at time...
also bonuswhores.com is a real good site if you want to find app. how much per hour you make at certain limits with bonuses...

Take this for what it's worth. I can't understand why anyone would sign up anywhere without getting a rakeback deal if possible.

Always get rakeback if at all possible... Oh, just as an FWI their customer support is terrible... I've had to wait two days for responses and once took about six emails to get a reload that was promised by support during a system outage that prevented me from getting it... Also no phone support...
But I still play there everyday because I love the tourneys there... But everything usually gets resolved, and, your money is safe there, so it is a fairly good place to play...

any site without a phone number should never get a A for customer service regardless of how fast they email. I recently emailed eurobet.com(pokerroom.com skin) as i was gonna sign up .......unreal they took 3days to reply and on top of that didnt answer , they sent me the email address of someone in their banking dept. (my question was what are the different methods for deposit) as there site was vague. If they treat potential customers like this could only imagine how they treat you when your signed up

I'm going to disagree with you and Biggs here. Pokerstars support is strictly e-mail, but there is no better available anywhere. They're efficient, competent, and empowered to actually help rather than just boot you up to some manager. There are rooms which offer terrible e-mail support, and in those cases a telephone option is essential, but in my opinion, an A is an A.
Here's my latest CS horror story. One Thursday recently I got an e-mail from a room with a "come back to play" offer. They offered some money and a seat in a big-dollar tourney which was scheduled for the coming Sunday. All I had to do was log in and claim my seat, etc. Okay, I bit. I had been gone so long that I had forgotten my password so I emailed them asking for a reset or instructions on how I could retrieve my old PW (no phone option).
They promptly answered my the Tuesday after the tourney was held. With a form letter. Asking me to fax a list of documents. Never mind...but thanks Gaming Club; I'll be sure to spread the good word.

They must not like you.
I emailed them last night to report someone spamming the observer chat at a table. They replied thanking me within a few hours.

Still haven't heard from them... I'm sure they see that all the time (concerning observer chat) and have a form response ready to go... I asked for something that actually takes a little time to put together... hense the delay... going to fire second email asking for the same information again...

After my second email I received a response (appr. 7 hours later) that they had no record of receiving my first email and because of the high frequency of my play it would take a few days to put together my request...
Anyhow, why I'm willing to accept that my first email was lost or whatever I still think it is unexceptable to take 7 hours to respond to a simply support question when you offer no phone support... also. which was orginal attent of my post, clearly some of the info on ppr is outdated... which is kindof scary since they just went live a short time ago...

Believe me when I say that I'm not arguing with you here, but your bad experience doesn't necessarily mean that Full Tilt's support isn't any good. It means that you have a reason to not be happy with them. So just vote with your feet, withdraw your money, and then, if you're really concerned with improving them for the rest of us, send them an e-mail telling them why you left.
My own experience there has left me satisfied with Full Tilt's customer service.....I only wish I could win there.

Gaming Club is on the PRIMA network. Stay away, far away.
LVHerbie, I agree with you 100%. Keep us posted on your email test. Maybe work with PRR to see what's going on. I've never used FullTilt, but they are on my shortlist of places I want to join next. I'm starting to get cold feet on FullTilt!

LV,
We will retest FTP and adjust their rating accordingly, the data is not outdated, their email test was made in Feb. and they replied in 30 minutes to our test email.
If they are taking 7 hours to reply to an email than something is very wrong with their support.
If you disagree with something on our site, please feel free to contact us by emailing Help@PokerRoomReview.com and sharing your thoughts. There is no better feedback than player feedback.
We just sent FTP a test email, below are the results. They answered in under an hour, this was performed during the early evening hours, we will continue with further tests and various hours to see how they respond at different times.
We will keep you updated on further results.
Warm regards,

Hi,
Can you please tell me what if any bonus i have coming to me for my last
deposit and also please send me my game logs for my account, if you
could
include my deposit history, that would be great.
I was thinking of making another deposit, what sort of bonus could i
get?
Also do you have a frequent player point program of any kind?
Your help is greatly apreciated.
Warm regards,

Received reply to our email at 6:52 pm
Hello XXXX,
Thanks for writing in.
Your first deposit on our site has qualified for our 100% initial
deposit bonus. In order for your bonus money to accrue, you must earn a
certain number of points. You can find out the full information on
unlocking your bonus here:
Join PokerStars™ today - the world's best online poker room with best tournaments anywhere online. Great offers for new players, don't miss out!
Basically, for every dollar raked from a pot that you are dealt cards
for (you don't have to win the pot), you'll earn $0.06 towards your
bonus. You can earn up to $18 per hundred hands playing in the cash
games.
For every dollar of rake that you pay in a tournament or Sit & Go,
you'll earn 7 Full Tilt Points, or $0.42 towards your bonus. For
example, a $50+5 tournament will earn you $2.10 towards your deposit
bonus.
You also will have a limited amount of time to work off your bonus.
Click on "BONUS ACCOUNT" under the cashier window to view information on
any of your pending bonuses.
You'll note that the bonus is released incrementally, and contains the
activated and expiration date. The bonus amount will be automatically
credited to your Bonus Account where it will be held and released to
your cash account in increments of 10% or $20.00, whichever is less. So
if you do a one-time deposit of $100, your bonus will be released into
your account with each $10 you earn. If you deposit $200 or more, your
increments will be $20.00 not 10%. At three points per hand, each of
these increments can be earned in fewer than four hours of play at one
table.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a record of all of your hands so far,
however, I have attached a record of your last 150 hands.
You can obtain a hand history by clicking the "options" tab in your full
tilt software, then the "hand history" tab. Then make sure that the
"save my hand histories" box has a checkmark in it. This will enable
your histories to be saved to your computer.
You may change the file that the histories are saved to by clicking the
"change folder" button in the same box that appears.
I have also attached your deposit history. Please note that you can view
your transaction history by logging into your FTP account and clicking
on Cashier / History / Past Transactions.
Unfortunately we are not running our 50% reload bonus at this time,
therefore your next deposit will not qualify for a bonus. However,
please keep checking our promotions page at www.fulltiltpoker.com/news.php as it is very likely that we will
run this popular promotion again.
Regarding your inquiry into a frequent player bonus program, we do not
have a frequent player program specifically, however, your real money
play on our site earns you Full Tilt points that can be used to purchase
Full Tilt Products from our store or to enter certain tournaments. For
more information on Full Tilt points please visit our site at
Join PokerStars™ today - the world's best online poker room with best tournaments anywhere online. Great offers for new players, don't miss out!
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know, and
best of luck on the tables!
Regards,
Irina

This is very good speed, especially for fulltilt. Anyone can do a quick search at other poker forums to see this was not always the case. In fact about a month ago you would actually get a response saying that they are backed up and expect delays... Anyhow I been here for awhile (joined shortly after the startup and their game/tourney selection is defiently improving... So I'm glad to see they have hired additional personal, or whatever, to keep up with the increased demand on the site, and things are improving...

We will keep at it at different times and different kinds of support questions to be sure that this is actually their average time.
