I can sign up for Monday at noon and both Tuesday tourneys but can't sign up for Monday night???

They opened the registration for the 1pm/9pm tourneys today too late, I checked this morning at around 5am eastern time and there were no tourneys available.

They really need to open registration like 30 mins before a tourney starts, that would get rid of the no shows as well.

They should open registration 2 hours before,not 1 day.
It very difficult to reg for any tournament,you must be 24 h on sbr to join

Or you ca tell us when exactly registration begin so we could know...
