    Using PTR on Bodog
    Anyone use PokerTableRatings on Bodog?
I talked to a representative today and they said you wont be suspended or banned for using it, so I think Ill just buy the silver or gold package.
Kind of weird because their site is trying to block data-mining sites, but they gave me the green light on it.

Anyway has anyone used the HUD on Bodog?

PTR has trouble grabbing hands from bodog. Maybe that's why they don't care.

Bodog is on a crusade to get rid of huds and tracking sites, yet they let bots run rampant. Go figure.

in this thread, people are referring to PTR. I assume this to be PokerTableRatings. If so, that is what I believe all sites are trying to ban as they grab hands that you do not participate in (as the link above notes). I don't believe they are baning Pokertracker/HUD as you get the data only from being in the hands yourself.

That said, does anybody use Pokertracker successfully with Bodog? I can't seem to manually find the handhistory location and secondarily, Pokertracker HUD does not seem to work anymore with it.

                Thanks.

I never use it and don't like any one who uses it.

because when you go through ptr you are getting and using hand histories that you didn't generate yourself. to me this is unethical and is against most sites t&c.
plus, ptr is probably the #1 cause of bumhunting.

HEM=Hold Em Manager and I don't believe it is banned by any site. If you you get hand histories from PTR, I agree it is unethical and against the sites TOS.

Yeah, try upgrading to the 3.09.3 BETA

PokerTracker is an online poker software tool to track player statistics with hand history analysis and a real time HUD to display poker player statistics directly on your tables. Supports Mac OS X!

save the files to something like c:\bodoghands and not a subfolder.

                            Hope that helps
