I personally think anywhere from 9pm - 2am EST is good. This is the time where all the casual players and 'donkeys' are at the highest point. You want to avoid morning - afternoons in particular because many regulars and pros grind at those times.

So my suggestion is evening - late night for best results.

If I had to pick a time I would say Late at Night .. you get players that are tired or drinking that make bad calls, bets ect.
