It is my understanding that this promo is over (I was told by Sam) and it also only applies to the ring games, not tourneys.

Please help. The SBR Poker program used to work fine but then I had to install the updated one. I can download it but it always puts this error up when I try to install: "Cannot download Language Files" or some bullsh&t.

Can you only play one table at a time now?

Poker bonus points are rolled over, but the points (441 points) were not transfered to the normal points account after quitting the software. When opening the software again, the points are away. I know that it takes some time to transfer the points, but now 1 hour is over.

Hey Lou, I am still missing my poker points (441 points), which were not transfered to my main wallet after closing the software. A few minutes later the forum website was not accessible. I think this may have caused the problem. Please take a look at this faulty process. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you need to be a Pro to play ring games unless you have tournament winnings that you're trying to roll over.

And poker is played with SBR points.

I have finished first and second in the SBR GEAR TOURNAMENT since I joined this site [not very long]. I sent my information to 9 Ball yet no hat or shirt has arrived in Jemison, Alabama. What's up with that? We judge others for not paying what they owe us and I can't get a shirt or hat sent to me. Just my thoughts on the poker situation!!

The only way I know of is to look at your points report and do some math.. :-(
